Automatic Motors Sdn Bhd and TMD Friction recently conducted their first-ever educational seminar program with a full-house seminar in the nation’s capital Kuala Lumpur.
The seminar officially started at 5:30pm in the late afternoon, with a total of 54 guests from a total of 13 workshops and six spare-part shops invited, many of whom even arrived earlier to have casual yet engaging chats with the technical experts from Automatic Motors Sdn Bhd and TMD Friction.
During the first half of the seminar, trainer Sam Ngau began with an introduction of TMD Friction as a company, the history behind the group, and how TMD Friction developed into the leading brake manufacturer for the European segment. Additional information such as testing procedures, research and development, as well as bench-mark settings were also shared.
Shortly after the end of the first half, customers were treated to a sumptuous buffet dinner, an opportunity for interaction amongst various workshops and dealers, and also for Automatic Motors Sdn Bhd and TMD Friction to gather the latest information regarding the market as a whole.
The second half of the seminar started at around 8:15pm and lasted for an additional 80 or so minutes. In this segment, crucial information concerning proper installation procedures of brake pads and discs were discussed, as well as various technical know-hows, such as problem diagnosis and rectification methods.
