Not wanting to get stuck in a desk bound job, Kelvin started off as research assistant upon graduation. At the same time he also worked as a barista relishing in the the art of making a good cuppa' coffee. One day, out of the blue, Kelvin decided to do "something that mattered"- so he joined an animal welfare NGO (non-government organisation).
It was there that he discovered photography, from doing casual animal portraits. Kelvin then went on to shoot weddings, events, products, fashion, some of the most prestigious golf tournaments in the world (Sime Darby LPGA 2015 and CIMB Classic) and eventually found something that excites every hair on him with just a brief mention - motorsports!
He started shooting for a local racing team, before being offered an opportunity to shoot for 9tro. Kelvin jumped on it after careful consideration (actually within a few hours). Ever since that faithful day, Kelvin has been embracing the competitive nature while being amazed at the sportsmanship shown in motorsports, he’s found joy chasing after fast machines, and even faster race drivers!
